The Semantic Ontology Layer sits between the Data Plane and the Application Catalogue, providing a unified, standards-aligned knowledge graph that resolves entities across EHR/EMR, Revenue Cycle/Billing, Hospital Information System (HIS), Medical Imaging & Lab, Clinical Notes, and Population & External Data sources.
